Orders throughout the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked service, you will also receive an email / text notifications with your tracking details

International orders will also be sent via a tracked service.

At Kit Culture we offer a 14 day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your order unfortunately we won't accept the return.

We only refund you if the item is damaged or defective.

We also only accept the returns if the item is in its original packaging and unused.

Once the item is retuned we then check for any damages and notify you via email or text notification, if it is approved your refund will be processed and money will be given back to the original method of payment.

We do offer international shipping, based on your location, shipping fees and delivery times may vary. Please note all customs and duties will be the buyers responsibility. If items are sent back to us we wont be able to issue a refund for the shipping costs. We also don't accept exchanges.
